Life On Mission.
We believe a Mini-Church is a group of Jesus followers gathering in their local communities to worship God and make disciples who make disciples.
We are a church of people striving to be authentic followers of Jesus, and we believe that takes place every single day. Sunday gatherings are a great way to celebrate and worship, but we think following Jesus in life is more than what happens on Sunday! Mini-Churches meet as the church to live our the six building blocks.
What are Mini-Churches?
Put simply, they are mid-sized groups of approximately 15-40 people who seek to live out the three dimensions of Jesus' life: Up with the Father, IN with fellow believers, and OUT as they pursue people who do not know Jesus yet in their sphere of influence.
The focus of an MC is to reach new people with the gospel in a specific people group, usually around a common interest.
They are lightweight and low maintenance; if the MC can't be led by people with normal 9-5 jobs, they aren't lightweight and low maintenance enough.
MC's have accountable and trained leaders with a dynamic of low control and high accountability.
Think "friends and family gathering for worship and mission."
We aren’t perfect, but we genuinely want the full life Jesus lived, and that’s why we’re trying to live like Him. Together. People don't need a perfect example, they need a living one.
